I’ve been to participate in an author blog hop as writing inspiration! There are four questions I’m to answer as humorously as possible. I received the invite from Rebecca Nolen author of “Deadly Thyme” and “The Dry.” More info on those here.

Here’s more about my writing:

1) What are you working on?

I am in what I like to call the “pimping” phase for “Ordinance 93,” a novel set in a world where having a baby without permission is forbidden and the first four people to break it. This includes shameless self promotion in the form of pestering strangers, guest posting on random rants, and promising free kisses to anyone with a copy of my book.

I’m also in the process of improving my ping pong game. What I’ve learned so far: more movement and less beer.

2) How does your work differ from others in the genre?

“Atlas Shrugged” with less pages.
“Brave New World” with more women.
“Fahrenheit 451” with less book burning and more baby making.

3) Why do you write what you write?

Mostly because my head can’t hold all these stories, and I’ll go insane(r) if I don’t expunge them.

4) How does your writing process work?

It’s mostly sitting and moving my fingers until something passable comes out. I also take on other writing projects like the short film “The Devil in the Doorway” and collaborate with amazing talent like Chase Tarca.

Less beer and more movement also applies.

Now I’m going to recommend that you check out what these authors are up to and how their writing process works, and hopefully they will pursue the blog hop as well.
